Regular physical activity can help keep your prostate healthy

A report from Harvard Medical School states that “Regular physical activity can help keep you — and your prostate — healthy.” The report notes “emerging scientific evidence suggests that engaging in a few hours of exercise a week may help keep prostate enlargement in check and reduce the chances of developing erectile dysfunction.” The report includes numerous background references, helpful suggestions and exercise recommendations.
