If your floor-to-floor measurement is over 15’4″, you will need to purchase an extended piece of 3′, 5′, or 8′ track. This stairlift mounts to the stairs, which makes it more stable than wall-mounted stairlifts. The Harmar Summit SL350AC stairlift has a spacious, wide seat that is perfect for seniors. The seat is padded and comfortable with a backrest that has three different settings. The seat also folds up, so it is out of the way when not in use. The Harmar Summit SL350AC has many safety features including a footrest obstruction switch, swivel seat cut-off switch, final limit switch, and seat belt.
