SeniorFitness makes senior-specific fitness education convenient!

Certificate of Completion programs:

Your Certificate of Completion program includes all paperwork necessary to complete the testing process. Completed tests (scanned) can be mailed to: [email protected].
On-line testing, if desired, is also available. Online testing provides immediate results and course completion validation.

Advanced Qualification programs:

The Association provides convenient educational options through our distance testing process or at one of our scheduled review/ testing workshops offered at locations nationwide. Successful completion on either testing process will earn the participant an NASF certificate.

Association of Senior Fitness convenient testing process is conducted at the location of your choice when it suits your schedule. Take your examination in your own hometown, and get your results fast.

Schedule two hours to complete the timed, closed-book examination, which employs a multiple choice format to present an intensive battery of 180 questions both on theoretical issues and on practical applications.

Simply arrange for your test to be proctored by a qualified local professional. SFA will approve public school teachers, college and university professors, librarians, and clergy as proctors.
